Agree with Gabi, seems good as a 3cy type bird, according to the features mentioned. However primary score shows p8 fully grown. White tips to primaries large for the age, but some variation.

Hi,
for me its a 3cy, primary moult reaching P9. Legs are not bright yellow, the bill is pink-based with a black stripe and the intense neck and hint barred point to 3cy for me.
