Trench Foot

Patagonia

Please looke at other pictures also. This is just part of my expedition and experience.

Ouch! I do have on a weird green nail polish on my toes... I guess keeping my feet warm and dry for 8 hours a day was not quite enough for me. I had to tape and wrap my feet in gauze everyday. How do you keep them warm, dry, and aerated in a wet and cold environment? Don't worry, they have healed significantly with hardly a trace of scarring. And to think that I had a mild case.

Oh, your POOR feet!!!!!!!!! I *guess* it'd be worth it, to see glaciers and penguins...but I dunno...that looks *awfully* painful!!!! :-( (Bet you feel pretty proud of yourself for suffering through it though, don't you! I know I would! ;-))
