This shot was taken when I was taking some solo time away from my group near Lake Ediza. I was awaking by some sticks breaking and some rustling off in the distance. My first thought was that it was a bear. I was pleastantly surprised to see this deer and even more surprise that it crossed nearly 15 in front of me.
