Georges, if you want the images to be increased in colour and saturation straight from the camera, you need to go to the parameters option on the menu and choose from there:- set 1,2 and 3 are all customisable... you can adjust sharpness, saturation, colour etc... if you're in adobe rgb mode, then the colours will look muted - that colour space covers a wider range of colours than the others. But adobe rgb is more versatile than the other spaces if you post-edit on a computer using photoshop or similar... you can use levels, colour, contrast, saturation etc... tools to play with the image.

First, congratulations for these nice pictures: maybe could you help me and give me an adviceon how to increase contrast and colors on pictures: I have a(n old) Canon 10D but I am still unsatisfied with the grey general tone of pictures (it seems that pictures have been taken through a grey fog). Do you use any filter or contrast/luminosity with Photoshop ?

There are lots of Cathedral Rock images on pbase, but this one has to be one of the best. I think the clouds make this picture great.
