This is just a demonstration of how some DSLR's have a problem with the color purple. At least my Nikon D300 does. The first of each of these photos is straight out of camera (jpeg) and the second has been adjusted with a 25 point slide to the right on "hue" in Photoshop. In each case, the adjusted version is the most faithful to reality. It's nice to know you can fix this, but it's inconvenient to have to.
