The "Long Cars" as the dragsters are sometimes referred to, are a real challenge to photograph - especially from the stands. All of the credentialed media photographers have the advantage to shoot from far down the track head on with tele lenses to compress the length of the cars. Their other option is to shoot very close with ultrawides giving an interesting perspective.
