I'd like to create a Preset Shape with a grid divided into thirds for the Rule of Thirds and also lines bisecting it into halves.

This is the best I've been able to do. It's missing the bottom thirds line. Also, I can't create an outer box at the very edges. When I try, the only lines that are saved in the Shape are the middle "halves" lines in the form of a cross. The "thirds" lines and outer box lines aren't saved, even though they are selected.
