Bouquet I received, as I was pretty depressed by all the storm damage.

And it got worse. When the contractor, who is my next door neighbor, opened up the siding, he found termite damage. Enough that he said that side of the house was about to collapse! A major problem was that the folks before me evidently had a lot of damage to the siding. Rather than fix it, they added a new layer of siding over the old. Unbelievable!

So, it's a mess under there.
