THOUSANDS of visitors basked in the sun as Colchester went back in time.
The Colchester Medieval Festival and Oyster Fayre took place on Saturday and Sunday in Lower Castle Park
About 60 stalls set up over the two days. They were joined by archers, period craftsmen, jesters, fighters and puppete
