One thing about infrared is that it can be most any color that you want it to be. If the WB is set correctly when taking IR the grass and foliage should be near white and generally speaking the sky would be reddish or orange in color. Most people do a channel swap on the red and blue channels so that the sky turns a bluish color. Your image does look a little like IR but the foliage is the same color as the sky which gives the image too much sameness. I hope my input is helpful to you and not considered a put down.
