This prehistoric looking thing is called a shovel-nose lobster, a.k.a. Bulldozer. They hang out under the rocks.

They are ugly as sin and absolutely delicious with rice.

If you want to eat well, go to sea and have a commercial fisherman feed you. I never met a fisherman who couldn't cook, and well. I also never met one I didn't like.
