Empidonax ?

I posted this image on Texbirds for id. Only a few responded, most saying an Empidonax flycatcher. One of those suggested Least Flycatcher. The other response said Wood-pewee.

To clarify as much as I can from one image, and in response to recent general request on TexBirds for more field notes with photos, I have added some additional info and noted field marks I see or might see.
