Roofing - distance shot.

Republic roofing is a very good roofing company. Boss personally supervises work, 2 crack roofers (rest of crew is good too), don't charge an arm and a leg to go premium on materials, no lies or deception.

Certainteed Landmark TL shingles (Chestnut). Shingles are tri-laminate. 340 lbs per square. Bottom of the luxury line. Only shingles heavier (by certainteed) is the presidential shake (they have a TL version of that also). Titanium UDL 50 synthetic underlayment. Synthetic underlayment was not completely stable from change but this is the 3rd generation and I would consider it as a late-beta. It is much lighter and tougher than felt but has zero breath-ability (can't use it for improvised attic ventilation). The roofers also do the intake vent upgrade and the ridge vents and remove the turbines and moved some of the T-vents and pipe-jacks out of the way of the PV panels (directly in way or shading threat).
