'Steps and Bench'

I have been away from Pbase for over a week with flu and its been that bad that the last time I left the house was last Tuesday!
I have not felt this ill in a long time.
I now have a bad cough and will no doubt have to see my GP for some anti-biotics to shift it.
But hey ho and on a good note, its good to be back again.
I will catch up as soon as I can, thanks for the wonderful kind comments and support.
