I'll be editing and cleaning up my photos from spring migration for a while. It's frustrating to work with photos on my little laptop and really nice to get home ot a larger monitor.
Here's one of three new photos of summer tanagers. I love these guys because their colors vary so widely as they mature and then as they develop their mating colors. The females are an odd mustard yellow. Strangely, I saw very few females this season. Let's hope they traveled safely ahead on more favorable winds.
