Went back today (Dec. 19th) but could not find it. We did search along Banting Drive from Hwy 17 up to the top where the hospital is located. In addition we checked along Hwy 17 to the lights and nothing. We also looked around the ski hut area...for the great gray owl...but no owl. Turns out the Hawk Owl was 1 1/2 km further along the road the ski hut is located on.
