Pat, Super job of filling the frame. Normally a shot with the bird flying away from the camera would be weakened by that angle. What makes thiw work is the intricate detail on the feathers and wingtip to wingtip sharp focus and that the birds eye is well lit and foucus and that the bird seems to be looking back at us. IT is hard to believe seeing this frozen image that the bird can make a soft landing all extended like this. This photo is powerful showing things that the eye can not follow. Keep up the great work.
