On Thursday, August 20th 2011, crews from Cando Contracting in Brandon, MB and CN began removing
rail from the Oyen Subdivision, a few hundred feet east of Hanna, AB at the named point of Nicholas.
Two trains of rail totalling approximately 15 miles were loaded over a period of ten days. The second can
be seen here, just east of MP 119 in the early morning hours of August 20.
