I don't know who shot Buddy. I fed him 3 hours before I found him like this. I feel sure the person who shot him thought they were doing him a favor. He deserved better, in my opinion!
It was a well placed bullet, between his eyes, I don't think at all that he suffered. I do think he shook his head, at least once, for both of his ear flaps to be up. I wanted to turn them back down!!!!
