I love this portrait. This is excellent. I find that you choose a great finish for this portrait as well. I agree with Jude, you captured his personality very well.
The thing about candid portraits is how one can capture a personality .. the character of someone.. I like his lines about his eyes .. i like the smile through the years of beard..Very well done, Gilles.
