Road to Peralta

On a warm and windy evening, I stopped to watch the setting sun change the colors of the desert on the road to the Peralta trailhead.
All pictures were taken over a period of about 1 hour.
The next week, at about the same time in the evening, I returned to the same place.
Over the period of one week all the pink flowers on the bushes fell off, but the low sun still painted the desert with amazing color.
