south of the border 3

a third gallery for images from trips south of the 49th parallel

the initial visit occurred during January 2016, to the American Southwest, and once again in the excellent and inspiring company of Glenn, Sam, and Dan...locations are in Arizona, Nevada, and California

a second excursion, one day only, took place on 31 March 2016, to the Skagit Valley tulip growing region between Mt Vernon and La Conner, in Washington state, where the fields were awash with colour

the third trip was to Utah, via Arizona, at the tail end of 2016, and in the delightful company of longtime pbase pal Marcia Rules...this was another memorable adventure

the 4th adventure was during early May 2017, to the Olympic Peninsula in Washington state, once again with Marcia...Neil was on this trip as well

a fifth excursion took place during August 2017, encompassing visits to Washington, Idaho, and Oregon...Sam and Dan were also along for the adventure
