with the pond also overflowing, the always innovative Parks Board is now offering dining Al Acqua...apparently the concept isn't catching on, so at the moment reservations are not necessary

What a fun idea...too bad it doesn't work for most people (something to do with accessing the picnic table without drowning?) I like the reflection here as well as the depth of field and colors, very descriptive of this dreary weather we've been having.
