transit

the joys, and perils, of motoring...stuck on the side of a highway for 3 1/2 hours can only enhance one's ideal of a peaceful existence...elsewhere that is...certainly transit bliss was not to be experienced here, caught dead at a desolate spot

great capture, just like being there. PS Last time I saw such a vehicle was a Mr Bean episode I think... :)

Yes, but those of us who know Paul also know that something is always under some state of repair. Nice capture of the moment. I'm sure he appreciated the "help".

A flying car. It is like the movie "Back To The Future" except it is not a DeLorean. A well seen opportunity where the viewer can not see the front tire. A great capture of one of life's memorable moments. Voted

Not the most convenient place to fix a car, though a great image anyway !!V.

Problems... Great capture, V!

At least he seems to know what he's doing. If this happened to me, I'd be calling a tow truck. I think if I went riding with your friend a good book, folding chair and a thermos of coffee would be items to take along, and a camera of course to take "work in process" photos such as this one.

Laughed me socks off at Gill’s comment ..........but a true gold star car enthusiast we have here.

Oh dear..... Car trouble is never fun, especially on a busy road! Is this a Jetson's vehicle???
Helen Betts13-May-2015 06:03
I would sure hate to be caught in that situation, especially for hours. I wouldn't have thought three-wheeled vehicles were legal!
Bryan Murahashi13-May-2015 04:53
Wow, a three-wheel Reliant. A common foil for the old guys at the Top Gear show. Nice shot of this unfortunate scene. V

I don't envy him ...or you stuck there.

One of the most unpleasant ways to spend time! Your shot illustrates that feeling well. V

Why do we have an inclination to giggle at other's misfortunes - maybe relief it's not us out there :( Where is the front wheel on this vehicle ???
