the plethora of images of tumbledown buildings might give the impression that the Palouse is a declining area, far from the case..in fact this agricultural belt is successful and relatively affluent...here is a healthier farm building, albeit a rare 12 sided barn

I have seen other round barns like this one, pictures online anyway. The one I photographed is the only round barn in Oregon that was used by a dairy. :)
