scamp

pity about the green stem, but this little scamp, snooping about the garden with mother and a sibling, was not about to sit still for a formal portrait

Excellent catch as it searches for the family's next meal.

A cutie, and probably mischievously in training for some late night garden exploits.

He's a real cutie. You were quick off the mark to catch him.

Great catch. I'd much rather see this than not at all.

He's so cute but I know how destructive these little bandits can be. Great capture.

Great timing on your part to get this raccoon in the act, so to speak. I don't think the stem detracts; it's easy to just overlook when you have such a cute subject!

A good catch. I'm glad it didn't jump at you. They can be nasty.
Jim Coffman09-Aug-2013 15:52
A very nice shot anyway! They can be very pesky!

A scamp indeed, and one of our more engaging urban residents I think, even if they do upend compost bins :-) A super shot in my opinion, showing this little guy in just the sort of situation we'd expect to encounter him in our cities. V
