near Laramie, Wyoming

hiking the Turtle Loop Trail at Vedauwoo with my son...between the pair of us there were a lot of photo-stops along the 2.8 mile (4.5 km) route that circumnavigates the central out-cropping of granite rocks

I thought the same thing as Bill. I saw a man's profile in the rock, almost like the Man in the Mountain at Franconia Notch, New Hampshire. Looks like an awesome place to hike and you had a beautiful day. V

No doubt a beautiful day for the hiking, with greetings from those puffy shaped clouds along a path where the granite rocks are piled so high with color tones of rust and gray--lovely complements to the sky.
