about 200 km north of Victoria, Denman Island sits just a ten minute ferry ride off the east coast of Vancouver Island...here a small point of land juts out into Baynes Sound, the narrow strip of water that seperates the two...

Looks there are several points: 1) the acute angle into the sound; 2) the modified and rounded point of that barely snow-capped mountain just to the left of the hanging/dipping cloud on the upper right; 3) all the points of those treetops that dot the landscape; and 4) the point of this image -- a presentation of spectacular natural beauty flooded with light, color, and rhythmic shadings.
