Ecuador - Cloud Forests

These photos were taken by Kim and Glenn Barrett in 2006 during our vacation to two excellent cloud forest lodges in Ecuador: El Monte Lodge http://www.ecuadorcloudforest.com/ and Bellavista Lodge ( http://bellavistacloudforest.com/

Another wonderful vacation with excellent naturalist guides, great food and lodgings and fabulous plants and wildlife to observe (lots of birds seen although not many photos here due to the difficulty in photographing birds in the jungle ... at least with the size of zoom lens we have !)

A Nikon Coolpix E885 digital camera was used for most photos with some displayed images being scans of prints (Canon Rebel 35 mm camera).
