since I didn't strictly follow a recipe. I did
a little guesswork, based on previous experience
of course. I didn't use bread flour -- I usually
prefer regular flour. A little rye flour, too.
I used a light olive oil, which I was a little
unsure of, because that can dominate the flavor.
Yes, it's there, but it's good.
