A visit to Arizona's Luke Air Force Base located in Glendale, Arizona. Their mission: Train the world's greatest F-16 fighter pilots and maintainers, while deploying mission ready warfighters. The base is named after World War I Medal of Honor recipient and former Phoenix native, Lieutenant Frank Luke, Jr. Luke AFB is a major training base of the Air Education and Training Command (AETC), training pilots in the F-16 Fighting Falcon. This is a bi-annual event bringing aircraft from all parts of the world for static displays and in-flight demonstration.
