guatemala2008

Vera and I took a Caravan Tour of Guatemala in March, 2008. My focus was on taking photographs of the people. For those who might like to look at some other photographs with a greater focus on nature, I recommend a visit to http://wizardcraft.net/sayre.html

I also wrote a travelogue which I will send anyone by email upon request to eugeneaward@msn.com

I am a painter of portraits and I loved looking at your photographs. Is there any way you would give me permission to use a photograph as a starting point for a watercolor portrait?

Great pictures Gene. As I am portrait person, I am especially drawn to your people shoot and am very much taken taken when you get physically close to them and get into their essence as a person teeming with stories to tell. Good work, friend. Keep traveling and shooting.
