Amazing shot!! I love how the stairs is silhouetted against the sunrise (or is that a sunset? Shrug). You get it right by letting is see the clouds, the texture in the water and the sand on the beach.
I prefer this look over the type of sunset/sunrise shots where the foreground is all silhouetted and all you see is the sky. Though, those shots can be beautiful too.
