Parrots and Cockatoos

Nearly all species of Australian Parrots and Cockatoos are dependent on tree hollows for nesting. Unfortunately, in Australia, it
usually takes upwards of 150 years for a decent hollow to develop, so the youngest trees that cockatoos and parrots are nesting
in now began to grow around 1870. Trees planted for Cockatoos and Parrots in Australia today are unlikely to be suitable for
nesting until 2170. I'm not even sure the Earth will be habitable then. Plant trees for hope!!
