The skylight small and massive one a good feature for a Library natural light is always a treat indoors.

La salle de lecture ovale rénovée allie architecture historique et contemporaine. Sa conception originale, conçue à la fin du XIXe siècle par Jean-Louis Pascal, se distingue par un plafond en coupole de verre, des colonnes cannelées en fonte et seize fenêtres rondes. La salle a été modernisée avec trois niveaux de balcons pour faciliter l'accès aux livres. ~VVV~

The renovated oval reading room is a blend of historical and contemporary architecture. Its original design was from the end of the 19th Century, by Jean-Louis Pascal, featuring a glass dome ceiling and fluted cast-iron columns, with 16 round ceiling windows around it. The room has been updated with 3 levels of balconies for easy access to the books. ~VVV~
