La pyramide de verre a été conçue par l'architecte sino-américain I.M. Pei. Destinée à moderniser et à agrandir les locaux, elle constitue une entrée principale très fonctionnelle du musée du Louvre. Les touristes sont dirigés vers le hall souterrain où se trouvent les 3 ailes différentes. C'est aussi un lien symbolique entre la riche histoire du musée du Louvre et le monde moderne. Avant sa construction, cette conception avait fait l'objet de nombreuses critiques, mais aujourd'hui, la pyramide elle-même est déjà devenue un monument unique de Paris. ~VVV~ The glass pyramid was designed by a Chinese American architect I.M. Pei. Aimed to modernise and expand the premises, it is a very functional main entrance to the Louvre Museum. Tourists are directed to the underground lobby where there is access to the 3 different wings. It's also a symbolic link between the Louvre Museum's rich history and the modern world. Before the construction, this design had faced a lot of criticism, but now, the pyramid itself, has already become a unique landmark of Paris. ~VVV~

Je trouve la pyramide du Louvre plus belle la nuit que le jour surtout comme vous la présentez. Votre façon de photographier est admirable.
