Bush, Louisiana

My husband, climbing a tree, in the middle of Hurricane Katrina. He was trying to prevent the limbs from this tree taking out power lines attached to the house. It was in vain, the power lines all went anyway.

You can see all the movement of the wind and rain in this shot...it doesn't bear thinking about what it must all look like now after the eye of the storm has passed.
