What I like here, apart the beautiful colours and composition, is the fact all the birds (or almost all) are looking in the same direction. Also, the fact that one is about to leave. This flying one really adds.

The minute I get my camera out to capture these guys, before I can even turn the thing on they've moved a half mile away.
