Obviously, I'm going to have to take the time to learn how to write descriptions on these things. This is an oil slick at the very end of a cove at the lake where I walk our wonderful dog Katy (she graces my shot yesterday). Less than a minute after shooting this I slipped into it to about 6 inches above my ankles. Shoes need cleaning and laundry must be done!

Is this oil on cement that has water on it, too? I've always been fascinated by oil marks on cement! They just glow with rainbows. -- angela :)

OK, so it's water...bubbles on ...rocks? Don't rightly know WHAT it is, but it's pleasing to look at!
