NOT ART? REALLY. OPEN YOUR EYES. ITS ART. SO ITS NOT LEGAL. DOESNT MEAN ITS STILL NOT ART. I CALL IT PUBLIC DISPLAY ART. ITS ON A FREIGHT TRAIN. FREIGHT TRAINS RUN THROUGH THE BACK WAYS OF CITIES. NOBODY SEES THEM. AS LONG AS THE ARTISTS DONT COVER ANY OF THE BOX CARS ID NUMBERS. ITS ALL GOOD.

Maybe my command of the English language is not what it should be, but this is surely train vandalism - not art.
