It was really windy. As I stood there and froze, I withessed this scene.
The crash boat had come to "rescue" the little Dyer. It was so windy and eveything was blowing everywhere that he got a line tangled up on his prop.
He couldn't seem to free it and they were both being blown into the dock, where I was standing.
Suddenly the kid had an epiphany, filled his sail with wind, and towed the stinkpot to shore.
That kid was lucky he didn't capsize.
He made the Seaport guy look like a dope!
