My magic and fairy tale garden! This is herbal, older plants that were used in spells and had secret names for common plants. Also are plants mentioned in books like Alice in Wonderland, Wizard of Oz, and plants with names that go along with fairy tales and other books. Like Looking Glass, Hocus Pocus and Ghost Fern. We put it in front of the garden shed (which will get new siding and paint this fall) taking out a LOT of scrubby brush and invasives like honeysuckle and woodbine. It's also on a bit of a ridge so there is some exposed rock as well! It's part sunny and part shady so I can really mix all kinds of plants!
