Got up to Yellowstone Park in mid-September. Fished the Madison and Lamar R.
Not much action on the Madison this year. I had a fun afternoon (40+ fish)
on the Lamar, near the top of the canyon section, fishing blue-wing olived
and caddis/stonefly patterns. This pic shows a "natural double" of two 9-11"
