I have one garden along the porch dug, and I planted a Mock
Orange at the front end, and a viburnum at the back edge.
There are sooo many roots that I decided to spread top soil
and compost along the right front of the porch, just before the
viburnum, and re-seeded it with grass. I can still plant my
clematis and/or morning glory along the small area right
infront of the deck...but I can't battle the big tree roots
there!
Once I get the proch painted and the trellis under the porch
put back, I think it will look nice :)
