"attempt"? At the risk of echoing other attempts to expose your (false?!!) modesty - "now" as a (valued) colleague says, "we're cooking with gas". These are SO good, and would put most portraits on PBase to shame. So - really, and with the best will in the world - ditch the "attempt". V

Excellent choices. I usually prefer the b/w version of portraits. The lack of distracting colors allows you to focus on what's being said in the facial expressions, which you capture so wonderfully. Vote.
