This is a very well done photograph! My eye keeps going between the music and the instrument!

Beautifully composed...very good tone, light and detail....and just enough of the musician with his clarinet.....lovely work..regards Roger.

The most important documents stand the test of time because although their definition and intention is succinct, they are flexibly interpretive based on the reader, in this case viewer's perspective. Their intent and definition last lifetimes, interpreted, correctly, yet differently by many. And So, here we are G. At this succinct and versatile interpretive piece.
Again, you have succeeded.
Kind Regards Always

You make me feel the ambiance... no words necessary for this image. Everything is in there!

This brings back memories for me of playing clarinet in the school orchestra and counting the bars waiting to come back in. I don't see any big rests so that cannot be it. I always lost count. If only they would print what the other instruments were playing it would be so much easier.

I really like how you've managed to show just a little of the clarinet and yet make it the star of the photo. The lighting is perfect.
Another very inspiring image.

It's a while since you posted in this gallery and I'm glad of the chance to look through again. While technology evolves and so many things change at an exhausting rate, it is good to see some things remain the same. The soft focus on the mouth of the clarinet is perfect.

The light in this image is just amazing - wonderful composition and DOF control.

Marnix is right. I also like the light on the score!

That almost perfect circle of the clarinets mouth makes this picture!
