Compay Segundo (November 18, 1907 – July 13, 2003), was a Cuban musician and songwriter, best known for being part of the Buena Vista Social Club. He was orignially from Santiago and so is buried there. We were told that he currently resides in this unmarked grave but will eventually transfer to his final resting place.
