Phone fountain

Today we went into Central London to the National Portrait Gallery to see The Schweppes Photographic Portrait Prize 2005. It was great, and while we were there we also went into the self portrait exhibition - I was hoping for tips for the Friday SP but didn't get any... never mind! I didn't take a camera because a) it was dull and grey when we left and b) I wanted to go on to John Lewis to buy a new dinner service and decided we couldn't manage that and a camera. When we came out of the gallery the sun was shining and I was fed up that I didn't have a camera so Jeremy said "use your phone". I must admit that I thought it would be a waste of time but I'm quite impressed with what it's managed - it won't win any prizes but it's much better than I though it would be.

I'm impressed, I've got exactly the same phone as this and I never get results quite the same as this. They're always very noisy, although that might just be pocket fluff.

i was wondering what you meant by your title...now i get it. :)
you should try some candid...motion shot with your phone camera....there is a photog who consistently gets great results from his.

That's better than some I've seen. All out fountains are empty due to ongoing drought conditions...At least you have something nice to look at.
