Post its and pens

tomorrow I'm working alongside our School's Advisor doing a visioning day for school staff and Governors. Because we've all been on holiday none of us have had any time to work on this so I think it'll be a bit 'flying by the seat of my pants' but I have a set of post its and pens with me so what can go wrong... watch this space!

You see, whenever you have post it's and pens people don't realise that it's a flying by the seat of your pants kind of thing, but instead think you're "opening the model", and "allowing some blue-sky thinking". Glad to see it went well.
