Entertainment?

To entertain passengers while we are waiting at the grubby bus-stop? No just a dumped TV. Still at least they dumped it on the rubbish bin rather than at the side of the road as is often the case. In our borough the council will take up to three large items to the rubbish tip for free - just the cost of a quick phone call. Why don't people use that service?????

Perhaps someone accidentally left it behind when they got on the bus.

Same problem here as well, council will collect anything for you, regardless of size, still people dump items in the hedge rows, it makes me mad . . . still make an interesting pad.

dumb dumpers!
theres a few DDs here who will drive 4 miles out of town and fly tip when the dump is less than a mile from town, infact they would have to drive past it!!

A sign of the times perhaps. Some thought but not quite enough.

stupidity? maybe that is unfair... but leaving it in the rubbish like this, invites vandalism.... hey that is bringing out the meldrew in me!
